Environmental

At Kiwi Labels we not only protect your brand, we protect the environment too. Our vision embraces a future for everyone. Minimising our company’s impact on the environment is one of our key objectives. Our aim is to eliminate or, if not completely possible, reduce the effect that our processes have on our surroundings.

Rising environmental pressures have pushed brand owners to turn to us, their suppliers for help in seeking a truly sustainable solution to maximise the recyclability of consumer packages. Kiwi Labels are eager to tell the market how we’re helping to reduce plastic waste.

Our KiwiCycle brand offers a range of sustainable labelling options to reduce the impact of waste.

In 2020, our KiwiCycle Wash-Off label solution achieved the bronze award in the 2020 PIDA Awards. Australasia's peak packaging awards programme – the Packaging Innovation and Design Award. These labels also received the 'best of the best' in the Industry Development and Creativity category at the 2020 NZ Pride in Print Awards.

Liner Recycling Scheme:

By 2025, we are committed to divert 500 tonnes of glassine liner from landfill to our KiwiCycle Program. Our glassine liner recyling scheme plays its part in supporting a circular economy by turning waste into a resource. Read more about this scheme and how you can sign up to it here.
