NZ Pride In Print Awards

The NZ Pride & Print Awards are held annually.
The Pride and Print Awards applaud and reward the achievement of printing excellence in New Zealand.

Kiwi Labels historically stayed away from these awards (I guess we wanted to be a bit secretive), but over the last few years we really wanted to showcase the efforts our team go to and pride they all have in what they produce for our clients.

We believe we are a customer driven company and I guess this is a way in which we can show case our quality against our peers. We are particularly proud of our achievements with 'Industry Development' within the awards, thinking outside the box is something we do quite well.

At the 2022 awards, we broke our previous set record with another personal best, winning 16 Golds on the night! We also went on to win the best of the best in the Labels Category as well as making it into the 50 Gold Medal Club! Read more about these awards here.

At the 2021 awards we achieved a new personal best of 13 Golds won on the night across 3 categories: Labels, Self Promotion and Specialty Products. Included are 3 Golds for the new Business Awards Categories – Sustainability, Wellness and Innovation. Read more about these awards here.

In 2020 awards we were the most recognised print company with two category winning entries and a total of 11 gold medals.
Our KiwiCycle Rinse and Recycle label, which was awarded bronze at the PIDA Awards earlier this year, has won gold at the NZ Pride in Print awards in the Industry Development and Creativity category. And our KiwiECL solution won gold in the Promotional Print Category.
These category wins show that we are leaders in innovative and sustainable label solutions with our KiwiCycle and KiwiECL portfolios.

2019 saw us winning 6 gold medals. This paved the way for our World Label Award in 2020.

In 2018 one of our own – Dilanka Attale was awarded NZ Print Apprentice of the Year. A great achievement and we're very proud to have him as part of our team.

Label printing is not the same as building a rocket ship but we believe there is a high level of skill involved, even with the excellent level of machinery we have, come on in to 6 Mary Muller Drive and have a look round. Our GM Regan Fox will be more than happy to show you around, give him a call at the office on 03 384 2903.
